Hickory Chic Olena is sired by Smart Chic Olena, who has sired offspring earning over $ 9,893,908 Million in these events. His dam, SR Hickory Lynn, has produced 11 Foals of which 9 were performers earning over $90,000 -- Hickory Chic Olena, Hold That Cow, Smart Chicory, and Olena Covergirl. His 2nd maternal dam, Oaklynn, is the dam of 12 foals of which 9 were performers earning over $440,000 -- including SR Hickory Lynn, Paid By Chic, A Lasting Affair, Just Chicynn, Just Like Chicynn and Party Chics.

Hickory Chic Olena began his dynamic career in 1994 with a top 10 placing in the NRHA Limited Open Futurity, and retired at the age of 14 with 176.5 AQHA Performance points and more than $45,300 to his credit.
